Kipling is pleased to offer a “no questions asked” returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund 14 days from the date of delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging.
Please follow the process below:
1. Fill in the consignment note that you have found in your parcel, mark the reason for return and place it inside the parcel with the goods.
2. Use the prepaid return label of Kiala and place it on the outside of the parcel
3. Go to your nearest Kiala point and drop off your parcel. For your nearest Kiala point please visit

4. You will receive a notification once we have received your return

Returns with other carriers
If you do not wish to return any of the ordered products with Kiala you can choose your own preferred carrier. Please note however that return costs will be at your own expense.
Please also note that we can only refund using the same method of payment you used to make your original purchase. Kipling will refund you in full within 14 days following the date your goods are received and accepted by our warehouse team. If the goods have been used and are not in re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return.
If you have not purchased the item in our online shop, we advise you to return to the shop where you bought it.
